What are the lease terms?
Lease Terms: 12 months for first lease. Lease renewals 6-12 months length. Month-to-month available after 12 month lease (fees apply).
What does it cost to move in?
Move in Costs: $35 Per person to apply, $200 Lease initiation fee, $300+* (On Approved Credit) Security Deposit.
Are utilities included in the cost?
There are no utilities included in the cost. Gas and Electric are billed through the utility company directly to resident. Water/Sewer/Trash are billed through Aero Townhomes at $65 per month.
What's your pet policy?
Pet Policy: $500 Pet Deposit per pet. $45-$55 per month depending on weight. Breed Restrictions. Other Restrictions apply.
What is your guest policy?
Guest Policy: 5 nights of overnight guest visitors per calendar month.
Do you require apartment renters insurance?
We do not require renter's insurance but highly recommend it.
How do I pay the rent?
Through the online resident portal. Personal check, Cashier's Check, or Money Order into dropbox on the property.
How are repairs taken care of, especially in an emergency?
Repairs for emergency are handled first by the maintenance supervisor who determine what the next steps of action are and what the priority is.
How often does rent go up? By how much?
Rent increases are dependent on the market at the time of renewal.
What is the parking situation?
Each unit has a 2 car garage. Each unit may have one car parallel parked in front of their unit for themselves or for guests. There are also other parking spaces for residents and guests throughout the property. Parking does not cost extra
Are there plans to update the building?
We update as units vacate and as needed for repairs.
Is there a penalty for breaking my lease?
It depends on how the lease is broken. Residents must notify management typically 60 days in writing before vacating.
